Many people think that it is just if you commit fraud, but there are many other ways they could come after you.

Most people are honest and don't commit tax fraud...and banks don't audit your tax returns. 

Or is the procedure identical to setting up a regular series LLC, except that the 401k trust will be the sole member, instead of an individual person?  

We’ve picked up so many of oceanpointe’s houses and seen the fraud first hand (mostly double leases where the tenant pays $500 and oceanpointe pays $650) but one we just sent an owner who had paid up front for a completely remodeled house a 51k rehab estimate.

I’m sure they teach you how push everything as mortgage fraud so people have to use you and your “expertise.”

@Keith Jourdan Who knows what the guy you bought this mess from did... but if there was fraud or forgery in the chain your owners policy could respond.

Words like "loan fraud" and "FBI" are used throughout that contract language. 

I was more thinking automated identical posts to all channels. fB , cl, rental sites , real estate sites, etc.
