So if I were you I would approach this as you would any business development type project and give it a shot to see if you want to include this on every home you do.If it doesn't work it was a cost of doing business and trying to improve, so no harm done you won't know until you try it.

If someone puts in a mistaken record and a person is harmed how do things get correct?

Owning it for four months would be too short a time unless you bought it with the intention of holding it and something unexpected cam up that made you change your mind (too many repairs, bad area, wildlife breaking into your dumpster every night).The 1031 exchange qualifications  are the same.

I agree with many of the views in here; if you aren't going to use it much and it isn't central to your business plan, it may do more harm than good.
