I started paying off my higher rate and higher risk loans after I hit my unit goal and low hanging fruit (abundant opportunity to buy more) dried up.

One thing I like about our area and our juice with escrow company we can get title done literally in one to two days and close. 

If so, find some new ones...The juices started flowing for me when I founded/created a new mastermind.Frank
