What happens to your friendship should the plans not work out?

I love you to death and cherish your friendship.

I am looking for some start up properties to rent out and maybe rehab/flip if such a good deal is on the table.Looking for any kind of mentoring and friendship would be great!

But I do believe we've a built a business relationship and personal friendship that will last many years.

Not enough info to say do it or don't do it but as I noted above, there are more considerations than just friendship.

I would love to connect and make lasting friendships within this group.

Keep any friendship out of it, this is a mess your Realtor allowed you to get into.

Lots of new money going into East Liberty, Friendship, Bloomfield, and even Garfield, no one would even of dreamed about paying 1000$ a month for a 2 bed 1 bath in Garfield or East Liberty 7yrs ago.

The other property is a recipe for drag on a relationship and you're one friendship loss from that property cash flowing negative.
