After analyzing the deal, considering there are 4 people in on the deal - the net splits would be 17 - 25k per person (modestly, playing it safe - it can be a lot more if the market explodes).

While a fun city to live in, prices there have exploded since I first moved to Texas (12 years ago). 

It's seems like a potentially 2nd California without the bad politics and worse weather during the hot months, I wonder if the market will really explode or just slowly tick up over time...

There is so much growth in this market and the suburbs are exploding. 

I foresee the downtown scene exploding over the next 5-10 years w/ all the various slated projects.

It's not exploding by any means, it just has a good comfortable growth rate but has scored some good manufacturing plants and recently a new UPS shipping facility in the last couple years. 

I've seen this explode.

Although the housing bubble exploded, it is extremely important to understand that the crash stemmed from years earlier.

I had a similar situation with a dryer sparking and after investigating we found that the dryer had a recall on it for "exploding."
