I faced a similar problem and ended up creating custom designed Excel spreadsheets that auto-populate with each other.

Personally a cash-out refi could help me get more quickly into all-cash BRRRs or a REI venture in Spain, however I don't know to what extent this is at the expense of rental cash flows, and what is the wiser decision long term.I've combed through posts online and looked for Excel templates to run some calcs and get a sense, but nothing really filled the void... 

I could have hired a pro, completed the work in under 30 days, and then collected five months of rent, which would have paid for the contractor and freed up my time.I learned a lot from the experience and don't regret it, but I'm aware of my limitations and more selective about what I take on.

I started putting the theory into practice about 8 months ago, setting up partnerships, selecting markets and putting out offers on properties.

In one of the cities I work you can actually go thru the FOI requests and often pull the excel link to lists already created for others. 

However if the host elects to pay the entire fee then that would make the host fee 15%, which would need to be subtracted instead of 3%.On that screen there is a button to export the report via Excel. 

As we are selective and say yes or no and can adjust terms up and down.
