I am solidifying a larger residential  development within an Opportunity Zone in eastern Tennessee.

Greetings,I'm looking to hear people's thoughts and observations of a potential increase in numbers of people moving from California and how it will affect real estate in the locations where they relocate.I grew up in CA and now live in eastern Washington state where over and over I hear that the overwhelming majority of people moving into the area are from California.

I'm going through a similar experience in a small county in Eastern Pennsylvania.

I'm leaning towards a room in a restaurant along the Eastern Avenue corridor in Henderson.

In CA, we use probate court to administer conservatorship and guardianship estates, most trust litigation and some trust administration and even related quiet title actions.When someone posts a very generalized query concerning laws that are very State specific and case-by-case, I wonder if it almosts does more harm to respond, given that what we do in CA may be 180 degrees different than that of an Eastern State, for example.In a very general way, our system provides that estates requiring court supervision also require an Order Confirming Sale (or encumber).

We lend only in a specific geography, including the eastern half of Massachusetts, and the southern portion of New Hampshire.

They tend to be rural, but within acceptable commuting distance to the tenant's jobs in Dallas or it's eastern suburbs.

My area of eastern Kern county is pretty inexpensive, the houses I am looking at are under 100k.
