@Michael LindeYou will need to get educated on it - start by going over to the tax lien and mortgage note forum here on BP and watch some videos on YouTube.Full disclosure - unless you have a few hundred grand to invest notes probably not what you’re gonna be looking for.

Any use that leases living space for less than 30 days cannot be considered a residential dwelling.

From that I was able to find a great realtor and a duo general contracting team that has been very reliable- chatting with them almost daily and doing a video walk through once a week. 

I find short videos are the best way. 

Summer,When I have photos made for my listing I have the photographer make a walk through video as well.

You can specify the coverage level for the dwelling, household furnishings, loss of use, liability, and medical payments to others.

I would think having a landlord or rental dwelling policy is a much higher cost to be mindful of.
