I see people selling courses and books on the subject, but I'm not sure if it's just a pipe dream.

But home ownership was something I didn’t dare dream of until my sister laid out the facts for me.

After many changes in trajectory the move now is confirmed: I'm relocating to Toledo, Ohio by early 2018 - around February, to chase my Real Estate dream!

Of course, if you're an AGENT, these are the very properties you dream about being asked to list!

If the thought of that is unbearable & a career in Real Estate is your dream you will need to look into more active aspects of the business such as becoming an agent or doing flips.

The dream scenario to acquire a large complex is through probate where several people now share in the ownership of a complex and none want to run it.

Let me know if i'm dreaming or I just haven't located the right people yet........  

I wouldn't dream of keeping an existing mattress, or getting a used one (I believe it is illegal to sell used mattresses - Goodwill, etc. will not accept donations of used mattresses for sanitary reasons, and if Goodwill isn't going to take it, I definitely am not.  

I was an active member of BP years ago but my dreams of being a buy and hold investor were put on hold when I was burned in a business investment once I got out of the Navy.I have mostly recovered. 

So with that mentality in mind, this person may be willing to steal tools or materials from Lowe's, but would never dream of stealing from you.
