Finally, in July 2017, purchased our first “on purpose” Triplex in a trendy area called the Milk District in Downtown Orlando!

Areas near downtown are not just good for tourism, but SA hosts multiple conventions every week. 

I work downtown im out of town for a few weeks but would love to grab coffee and chat once i get back!

Some are in very nice part of town, for example, the downtown area of Fremont, CA.

His impact will still live on within his projects and community outreach programs but the there will be a significant drop in downtown business during basketball season with him away.

@Jason Ma I'm not sure this answers your question but I would recommend looking at the growth of the university.I invest almost exclusively in student rentals in Columbia, SC and the University of South Carolina is the primary driver of activity in the downtown market.

I have talked to several co-workers out there and they have said to stay away from down town. 

Ready for a second deal, I have come across a private sell in a slightly sub-par area of town (I would guess C to C- neighborhood) close to the older down town/industrial district (I live in Hobbs, NM, an oil and gas town hugging the west Texas border).

It is close to the airport and downtown as well as close to the I-80/I-215/I-15 freeway. 

Once you pull MLS data you will see that as well. 5th ward -- is a step forward where you can still buy raw land  and build and sell with early adopters who wants to be close to downtown ( a bit higher price compare to acre homes and without govt assistance) .
