@Jana Brinlee If you have a quality product, priced right, and interior  displayed by good pictures you will get 10-15 leads a day on a property. 

Are you building it as a reference site to self yourself from your business card or do you want to run full IDX plugins to display your current listings from MLS and have clients login to their accounts to view specific listings you have selected for them?

The company has not responded to our requests that they remove BBB's logo from their website and at this time is still displaying BBB's logo on their website.

Did you go to a home builder with models on display?

@Robert Godfrey This works only if you find a showroom display that you can configure for your space otherwise you are better off replacing new or refinishing.

It was priced high but I think it languished because the listing broker checked the box to disallow the mls from allowing other websites like zillow to display the listing.

I sound confident, I speak with conviction, I know exactly what I am doing.When I display that to a seller, I have never been asked my age nor has it been an issue in the transaction!
