Hello Everybody,Does anyone have any recent experience with getting a gas meter connected to a floodplain property that was red flagged/disconnected after the halloween flood back in 2013?

If I'm getting worked and there is someone more experienced out there please chime in...Past 2 weeks1525 Calls30% were bad, disconnected, busy or fax.

Not sure if their computed values simply come in so differently than mine, or there is just some disconnect in their internal system.

@Kaylee Pratt these comments are interesting... it highlights in some cases the disconnect between the professional realtor and investor.

Also, a lot of the numbers for these courthouses are disconnected when you search for it on Google -- Rochester needs to get more organized.

Number is disconnected, they don't return any e-mails, nothing on Facebook.

However, I'm wondering how to manage the disconnect between the common >1.25 DSCR requirement and the investor's goal of acquiring properties with upside, meaning that it shouldn't start out with the best NOI at acquisition.

I have no idea when service was disconnected.
