Sales has gotten a bad rap over the years, mainly because of that particular kind of sales person who believes that if they're bulldog enough, you'll simply cave in and pay them.We've all met that person, right?

Should I put the money into getting the space updated and rent it out to a tenant, another option is to rent it on Air BnB or something similar, or I can convert the space into something different all together (man cave, media room, or storage)?

Dont care if it's a fire, basement walls caving in etc.

Not only that, after reading through it, I found many extremely important details that the person interviewing me did not mention, and for which I Would’ve been on the hook for contractually if I had caved to his pressure.  

I don't cave to those claims because they're baseless.
