Over the last few months, I have read countless posts on BiggerPockets about how short term rentals have been struggling with cancellations.

I was looking into Rent to Retirement because I've seen countless posts/ reviews on biggerpocket forums saying how great that company is, especially for those just starting out.

To be honest, I'm not a big believer in any kind of insurance because I've seen countless people file legitimate claims and be denied for frivolous reasons.
