They have a good and simple lease builder as well.Use rentometer and the BP Pro rental calculator to be sure you price it correctly, and take into consideration any expenses you might not have considered.

@Conner Olsen is correct. 6 units needs commercial financing and generally requires a minimum of 20% down.

@Rich Solano Need to lock those up at deeper discounts shoot for 30% minimum remember market values are still inflated in many cases, if you only buy with a 10% discount and we get a strong market correction you'll be in a tough spot.

@Kyle PascualFirst of all I would get out of stock and sit in cash for the short term the Fed as you know just drop rates by 1/2 of a percent last week over the last 30 years anytime that has happened the economy has been in a recession within 6 months and the stock market has had a massive correction.
