There wouldn’t be much structural change, maybe just making the family room a bit bigger by removing a wall, otherwise it would all be cosmetic renovating.

Sometimes if I have paint left over from a different project I'll do an accent wall but I wouldn't spend much time fussing over paint color, its a rental not a Better Homes and Gardens front pager.

There are many institutional investors from Wall Street that buy single family homes.

Most of them are $10 or a bit more with extra digital items included, and it's very easy to add your info, brand the colors and then upload it to Dropbox.

I know the slanted walls are hard for that, but adding a few pieces where you can, and maybe a few artificial plants in pots would help warm it up.
