RULE #2 Invest in your business, marketing, branding, people, collaborations.. 

Maybe the live-in manager has a valid request - if he done extensive repairs to the property for which he was supposed to get N months of free-rent equivalent and still has M rents remaining, then of course he is upset and not "collaborating".Get the same statement from the live-in manager and see how it reconciles with the one from the seller.

I'm also open to shadowing and helping for a modest commission with the desire of taking on clients once I experience a few deals and the individual feels I'm ready.Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated and if you're interested in possibly collaborating even better. 

Also hard to collaborate with other property managers or owners (I comanage with my mom and husband).My suggestion is to try an app called Tellus.
