We do have a “renovation on demand” program that lets tenants decide if they want to rent a renovated unit or one of our “classic” units, which doesn’t include any renovation.

It's a classic 1800's 3200 sq ft with great bones (still has a barn & horse stable).BUT considered by some as a bad area.After re-taking possession a couple of investors we deal with turned it down as a shooting was recently reported in the area & they didn't want to deal with that 'type' of tenant.
