The amount of Health professionals that live and work near the "Medical Mile", number of colleges with hungry student renters, and Amazon just greenlighted their distribution center here a few months ago. 

The outlier neighborhoods ~1-1.5 hours from tech centers are doing better.

Huge population growth east of the city center and lots of opportunity.

I track revenue, then back out ALL costs, OTA fees, Cleaning Fees (add back the difference if this is a profit center and average this cost), and any other fees if any.

I've been searching for negative reviews and most of them just center around the font size being small or not liking connecting bank accounts etc.

Keller Williams will have cloud brokerages soon which could have a great opportunity for something like that outside of joining an actual market center.
