Call me an idiot, but I promised his mom I would take care of him when she was in her final days of fighting her cancer in 2008.

I can't think of any other reason for that, except they expect that to be difficult = PITA.Maybe not, but in my life experience, you're way better off to deduct the reason is because the tenant is a PITA than some benign reason that equates to the tenant not being a PITA...And to anyone who is tempted to say something like, "Well, maybe the tenant is great, but the seller has cancer or whatever ----- my answer is, really?  

I am trying to evict him because I don't want bad thing happen like fall from stairs or even he die at property (because he got cancer)My questions are:Is the eviction right thing to do?

A bad one is like a cancer you have to get rid of.

They left me a nice water bill, stiffed me on rent (I was a nice guy -- one of them had some cancer issues -- that was the story).

I had visited the area in my 20's with my Dad after my mother died from cancer to see my cousin.

And Helmut with all his great wealth got cancer and died at 55 .. so there is that too.. 

I am clear, I am biased, I know corps are a cancer in the U.S..

Anthony nope what I did was had a cashier check dated for the day of the rent then I got sick off the treatments I really don’t care for cancer but I called Shannon the manager and she said don’t worry I showed her a pic of the check and she said don’t worry then next day that manager called and told me bring it by 2 .
