You can't base all your work on AirDNA, but it's a great tool for making parallels and getting estimates with a percentage margin of error.

Hey Ryan, yes I was told that just a cleaning alone, not any repairs, would be around $200-$250 but was shocked when I was sent an itemized bill and was charged $550 to clean a 2BR/2B condo downtown.

So, here we go..In 2018 I sat down at my desk to go over my bills, which I was barely making.

Attic insulation is one of those things that I am not sure how much practical effect there is, I only add attic insulation whenever the government subsidizes the cost, and after it's done I don't see any cost saving in my utilities bills (student rentals). 

I have rent charges set up automatically for the duration of the lease and issue new charges each month for utilities I bill back to the tenants.
