I personally wish we skipped the drain pan install since I believe newer washers have sensors inside.

The issue is legally be allowed to raise rents and getting around what the city believes is fair market rents.

At the end it may cost you more than selection a premium company to start with.We firmly believe in honesty, transparency and constant communication.

So most likely, and please check me on this, I believe they will pay for the tenants rent for a year or so, but then, the tenant will have to get a job or go through a different government subsides program.

I believe the syndicator in most instances is more important.  

I have doubts about his experience in RE, which I believe may be common among CFP.

I can give you dozens of examples of owners who believed they could care for their property better than a stranger.

After one year, I believe you can then rinse and repeat if you want to go that route.
