These guys ruined the freezer, they turned off the power and let 10lb of ground beef drip in the freeze. 

But AGAIN I am in the business cash flow is just a by product of my business its all generated by real estate deals.. just not by collecting rent.  

My only beef with that would be that it's too pro real estate.

The whole structure would have to be beefed up to accept the added weight.   

Of course if we are heading into a recession, you need to be prepared, so if you are looking to acquire at the moment make sure you are extra conservative with your ARVs and beef up your renovations costs just in case so you can make out still with a solid profit.Good luck!

Making money is a byproduct of that but only one component among many that I enjoy about the field.

Your beef should be with the stupid buyer not the greedy realtor.

I have to think the beef industry at these prices is going to lose a lot of market share. 

And thats why regulation exists because we can't just leave the outcomes of our lives up to the byproduct of maximizing profit.
