We're planning on hosting multiple investor webinars on each deal so everyone receives the same information, including the answers provided from a live Q&A Session.If you've ever hosted a webinar/presentation for a group of investors, do you think that the prezo should be exclusive to only those who are accredited or keep the prezo open invite to anyone, (including those that are just curious)?

It's kinda frustrating that the size of the deal is too small for institutional investors but too large for retail investors (non-accredited investors).

I was not able to find a directory or accredited list of Property Managers specific to RCFE.

I'm accredited and have a very small amount of cash set aside to begin as soon as I find my footing. 

A good resource to find contractors for the 203k is using a contractor who has earned the accreditation as a Certified 203k Contractor.

If someone is advertising, they can only accept accredited investors into their fund/deal.

@Eric Shadowens there are funds out there for non accredited investors.

Maybe first get an Accredited Certificate that can be applied to an Associate's degree. 

Most of the DST deals are for accredited investors so it's a little harder to get info on them.
