Real estate will still be there when you get to it.Personally, I think starting in 2016 will be a great time for cash buyers, you could put yourself into a position to do very, very well with minimal effort and essentially no tangible risk.Sell the crap out of those diet pills and pile up the cash, just don't spam my mailbox while you do it. ;-)

That's not a gamble I'd personally take right now, especially with interest rates at all-time lows and with nowhere to go but up.
