What Celina is doing is called spamming a forum.

It is certainly speculation or gambling, or whatever you want to call it.

So, I guess I am gambling on turning them over and not the income they produce (or fail to produce).

I have seen a few posts in which people are spamming the boards or they are breaking the forum rules.

I made a big mistake with MOT but I knew it was a gamble and approached it from that aspect.

I will never forget when I asked one guy what happened so that got him in this trouble, and he told me gambling and overspending.Anyway, my point is that if they get the help, it will only delay the inevitable.

Real estate will still be there when you get to it.Personally, I think starting in 2016 will be a great time for cash buyers, you could put yourself into a position to do very, very well with minimal effort and essentially no tangible risk.Sell the crap out of those diet pills and pile up the cash, just don't spam my mailbox while you do it. ;-)

That's not a gamble I'd personally take right now, especially with interest rates at all-time lows and with nowhere to go but up.
