The first recreational pot stores are opening now and that is going to be my policy approach for this development.Times are a changin' and over half the people in the US support legal pot: http://www.gallup.com/poll/186260/back-legal-marij...My two cents is that you actually want them out back (outside) and not hiding in the closet or bathroom lighting up where you can get more odor, smoke or burn mark issues.The leopard seldom changes their spots, so channeling the behavior outside is probably more feasible than trying to police it or end it.Otherwise, the unintended consequence may be they will just smoke covertly inside and maybe damage your unit.I would not make a huge deal out of this for an otherwise good tenant. 

Also there are sliding mirrored doored closets off the hallway and vanity areas. 

Usually the tubes are run through backs of closets and other ways to hide them.The other system is a ductless split system.

But I don't think it will crash, they aren't doing the teaser rates like they were back in the day nor as much 100% or closet to it financing.

I like the idea of having a  portable home ramp so it can be taken on and off a flight of stairs whenever.

Replaced old carpeting with LVP flooring, installed custom-built closet and pantry cabinetry, updated all electrical switches and fixtures to Decora trim, added recessed lights and switches throughout Kitchen and Living rooms, updated the landscaping for curb appeal, repainted throughout property.

Low Moisture cleaning is currently the only cleaning method I offer, but as my business grows, I will eventually purchase a portable hot water extractor to expand my services offered.

Square footage is one factor, but also consider things like: does one room have more windows, higher quality flooring, better paint, a larger closet, a better location within the house, etc.?
