I am a very good painter as I did it a lot when younger so the quality of my paint job is par with a painter.Also add any other expenses that you incur as well as the time it takes you to go to the dump and complete everything.

Save some more.Get a better paying job.Get a side hustle or 2 or 3 and save that.To learn about the RE business from the inside, get a job in RE or with those who own or support RE: a RE brokerage, construction co, mortgage co, accounting, banking, insurance, appraisal, inspection, electrician, plumber, roofer, painter, property mgmt, hardware or supply store, etc.Go to local REIA meetings to learn and network.Network.
