What insurance companies in Ontario/Canada have good reputation for covering rental properties, such as reasonable price, and easy to make a claim?

Can anyone recommend a Mortgage Broker in Hamilton, Ontario (or surrounding areas) that you have worked with, had a positive relationship, and that have experience with RE Investors?

I've peaked interest in Ontario and Alberta multifamily properties, relatively low prices for what rent is and a lot more stock. 

I was actively looking for multi family , and I had a chance to visit some multi families building in London , and to be honest every family /person I saw in that buildings seem like a big trouble . so currently I am looking for better houses that professionals can rent them, especially with current laws in Ontario I dont want to deal with low quality tenant.

Then again if we're talking $4,000 for Ontario it's probably not in Toronto unless it was bought 6-7 years ago as a pre-construction. :-)
