There is one business in particular that has been very tempting to try and acquire, but I am not sure the next steps to actually go about doing it.Questions like: Confirming it qualifies for commercial real estate loans (SBA), what type of network (brokers/lawyers/etc) would be needed to appraise and finalize a deal, and where to look for that network.

It's finally calming down with more listings on the market, and buyers settling down, no longer panicking and needing to jump the second one hits the market.

I will update this post when I get the final result on the deposit.

The tenant finally agreed to let the contractors in, BUT tenant is stating that the contractors must move out of the rental unit at 5PM.

They usually end up with a hack and are  not satisfied with the final project. - Lots of grey tones.

Regarding the open permit, we’re just finishing up a few items for the final inspections and occupancy cert. so no concerns there I just didn’t include that information here.
