I would like to know the prons and cons of paying off the mortgage faster to be honest i do hate the fact that my mortgage rate is high almost 7%.  

Bob is very good on the customer support and that being said... they are the only company other than myself that I have invested with  basically EVER... as I do my own deals.But I had money stacking up in my SDRA and of course I can't self deal.. so I chose one of his new investments which is more akin to what I like.. quicker turn and high IRR...

Unless you are confident in estimating the renovations needed, I would highly recommend getting a contractor's professional opinion of the rehab costs.

$400/month for a turnkey sounds great on paper, but I highly, highly doubt that it will translate into $4800/year or $14,400 after 3 years.

Since tax bills are for entire parcels (typically, though not always) then it is highly unlikely that they somehow segregated the taxes for that small portion and paid it.

If that's not in the cards I highly recommend you wait to make this purchase.
