This could get hairy and you would need a solid operating agreement for each fractional owner as to what their shares are entitled to (voting vs non voting), enjoyment of property, etc.

This is what I've been getting and we're sitting on huge gains because we're buying right so we're enjoying huge capital gains in a record time with high short-term rental income to boot.Because LTRs aren't very profitable there, you won't get a high return if you have to put down 30%.

The CFPB does define "conventional loan" as "any mortgage loan that is not insured or guaranteed by the government (such as under FHA, VA or AG programs)", conveniently leaving out the guaranteed money that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac enjoy as pseudo governmental agencies, but no one that does DSCR loans cares what the CFPB calls their loans because they don't govern DSCR.I'm a broker.
