Hello, Just to give some precedence, I am 19 years old and work at the Meat department at a Whole Foods.

Just food for thought.

One property has a commerical space in the front that historically has been used as a take-out food stand, which could be profitable. 

There is a small personal junk yard going on next to a non working vehicle and leaving food around for the purpose to feed wild animals outside their window. 

I would also like to make the most out of my trip and while I am in town, I would like to meet with reputable Real Estate Agents who cater to out of state investors and are real estate investors themselves.

So trying to collect the $15.00 nuisance fine would open up a whole can of worms.And a year ago, the city here introduced recycling food scraps, involving another can.

Just food for thought for anyone else that comes across the form in a similar situation.

Gambling profits will continue to get watered down but room occupancy and food bev numbers are great. 

If you're looking into commercial or multiple properties, you'll be out of luck.American lenders, mostly, don't cater to international investors.
