I am more about work/life balance than empire building.

As said i'm fairly new to real estate, i want economic freedom, and will create an empire through sources of income unnumbered, multi-family, flipping, and to start whole sale.

What's actually happening here is that "lower income" residents are moving to places like Victorville, Barstow, the inland empire and in some cases Las Vegas.

Now my company has about 15,000 deals under our belts so I think I can safely say it works.Start small - spend a few hundred dollars on a property - learn how it all works - and build an empire!

I purchased my first duplex in Inland Empire, California with a FHA loan last year.

Not sure if you will be closer to what is called the Inland Empire or San Diego from the area you are moving to.  

Once the case is over I plan to begin building my real estate empire. 

well at least where I am from which is Chicago area, I use Empire and they come in and remove the old carpet and put in new.

@Susan Perry   everyone has a personal opinion on debt.. and if you don't like debt don't go into debt.. especially as we age... and it depends on how much cash you have, I have to assume your not spending your last liquid cent on this place.. people that are much younger or starting out and want to build empires they need debt no two ways about it.I had two very wealthy partners last decade  1. old school ( owned a bunch of garbage companies and recycle centers.) and he had zero debt.. and it was funny listening to people try to rationalize why he should take on debt.2.
