He's closer to buying than I am but he's looking in the Croswell to Brown City area.I'm learning all I can and working a second job as a handyman to start getting the money to invest.

@Dana Brown The answer, for me anyway, is it depends.

We let our lawns brown in the summer and the weeds stand out and are easy to pluck or spray.

Typically for a color scheme I love the earth tone colors (browns/tans), unless you love bright colors and just want a highlight wall.
