We  plan to turn it into RV and Boat storage.We are looking for bids for:House demolition and removal - Current home is 3 bedroom/2 bath with a garageLand clearing (mostly scrub brush, a few trees), grading and spreading/compacting 6" of road base.

I am actually in a similar boat.

If only another year and you don't have a huge amount of money tied up then I would not rock the boat.

If they just want it gone (taxes coming due, want to liquidate for a new car or boat, kid needs braces, cousin Fred is in Jail again and needs bail) Those go right to exclusive clients.

Aircraft hangers are extremely passive .. and many are rented to very high net worth type folks who keep their car collections in them build a man cave in them.. have their million dollar motor home in them.. and of course their aircraft.I bought our hanger it was a condo project.. so we have an HOA and a ready room.. but if I look at my neighbors one is Warn winch's they have a 3 hanger set up   a Citation jet  a Beech 1900  a war bird  a L 39  single pilot jet trainer motor home car collection boats you name it.. 

@Justin Urich and @Gwen FyfeNew owners are are getting mail either from the franchise owner wholesalers (ugly houses guys) and others who spend a boat load on marketing or newbies that didn't scrub their list and only selected absentee owners.
