Assuming property taxes + insurance added don't go above $1,100 total, you could maybe make this work.

If you're at all interested in North Carolina, consider the Triangle (Raleigh / Durham) and Triad (Greensboro / Winston-Salem) areas, which are my focus for both clients and myself.

We do want to settle in a little bit here while continuing to do our homework, but hope to get into something in the next 6-12 months.With the way interest rates are looking now and what little I see on public listings, I think a smaller multi-family that needs a little rehab would be the best bet. 

If you know where any more notes are that can be acquired for $.20 on the dollar please let me know and I’ll be interested in those that you do not purchase. :-) back in the day and not a big deal flow.. and all land contracts on bare land.. to put it in perspective. :)
