Hey Robby, If you used accelerated depreciation that will shorten the life of the deprecation so you can write off more sooner. 

Find a qualified agent willing to work only on a flat fee to write up the contract and other legal requirements.

The reality is the opposite - if it's not in writing then the PMC doesn't have to provide the service or can charge extra for it!

Write your congress person and senator, telling them how difficult/expensive it is for small businesses to comply.

Hello BP, I am writing this today to ask a question about the lender Im currently working with.

After taxes and fees, and depending on if you plan to depreciate it at all, you may not have to pay anything or much in taxes. 7-22k spread minus closing costs (also the eviction costs are a write off as well) isn't going to be too much in taxes depending on what you decide to do. 

Can you typically write off the cost of a course like Ray's Dealmaker's Guide?
