There is the potential to build out on 2 of the acres, which are mostly forest, that could add another 6-8 units in the future.

I am starting my fourth year in medical school this summer, and will be applying to residency programs this fall, interviewing through the winter, and will find out where my girlfriend and I will be starting our lives as doctors in the early spring.
