Each time I visit I am more and more impressed. 

They are also a retail store (the only retail in the building) and they have been putting goods for sale out on the sidewalk during the day.I don’t like it, but they are a long term tenant and I don’t want their first impression of me to be a jerk trying to throw my weight around...How should I approach this issue?

@Elijah Glenn, it never impresses me when I see pro forma figures that have been massaged in order to arrive at a pre-determined outcome.

@Mindy Jensen Thank you for your reply, I asked because I am under the impression that foreign rental income is still taxed as part of your income in the US.

@Cody Blackburn i must say quit impressive to have such amount in savings. i totally agree with @Toi Perry on you listening to the biggerpockets podcast to determine what will work best for you. but for my recommendation. i will go the buy and hold route. i am new as well and that is what i am saving up for.

I did not move forward under the impression that the tenant will pay 1400/month AND cover the HOA costs. 

All that flash doesn't impress me much i need the facts.

First impressions mean everything. 

I like the idea of simply paying for this service but wasn't overly impressed with this particular company. 

I have to say out of everything that has impressed me the most about Fund & Grow is the convenience of being able to grab a phone and simply communicate through text.
