@Sean OToole has created the absolute best software on the planet for the investor looking for needles in a haystack.. 

They bought the powder, mattress covers, etc. and I bought some non-toxic bedbug spray off Amazon that was rated highly and had it mailed to their unit. 

And call a company that will save the bees VS kill them, do nature and the planet some good while you are at it : ) bottom line, we take care of this for tenants.  

There is no way in this lifetime, on this planet, does the wholesaler deserve 50% of ANYTHING. 

As a result, the average plot of land on this planet is being diminished on a per person basis.

And then landlords and management companies have developed a toxic classist mindset that people are only poor because it’s their fault.

Inventory is very tight right now and it is hard to even book a showing because the units are full all the time with vacationers, but still a great time to buy and take advantage of Disney's 50th celebration and the entire planet is itching to take a vacation and we are the #1 destination in the world.Look forward to hearing from you, Good Luck
