I do have a good idea of what you will explain to me regarding my permit as I have been in constant contact with permit coordinators and reviewers alike however, I am eager to hear if there is anything new that I haven't found out on my own.

Another option would be working with private lenders to see if they're open to your idea should you need additional funding. 

If that leads to a more structured and education based meeting, then that is great - if it remains just a place to gather and bounce ideas and network, that's great too.
