Zillow says our duplex will appraise for $150,000 (that we think is a stretch)  BUT if that happens and we get 70% that will mean we get $105,000 and we are into it for only $7,000 or $12,000.  

I also have suddenly hit the busiest stretch at my day job in half a decade, and I am over budget on the unfit already.

I don't know a lot about owner carry but it sounds like I should look into it to really stretch my buck.

The rates are not low by any stretch of the imagination but it could be a way to get your money "out."

What someone can tolerate who has a job that has 6 figure income but not spare time won't be the same as a Starbuck barista working part time. 2) Unless the property is in a prime area and in very nice condition $1,200 for a one bed is stretching it quite a bit IMO.

Bremner,I do plenty of work out in the rural parts of town and sometimes have to stretch far and wide and make tons of adjustments (not saying that happened here).

The stretch of road on Paris Ave between the Christ Temple Apostolic Faith Assembly and the nearby Montessori feels relatively decent for the hood.

The end goal is to keep stretching my comfort level :)

But does inflation explain the median down payment being 10% and leverage ratios being stretched?

If these folks haven't been seen smoking on the premises (which is a stretch of a policy, in my opinion, to include the exterior), why jump to the conclusion that they do so inside as well?
