I am interested in investing in Texas, specifically Tax Deeds and distressed properties.

A seller may direct an agent to negotiate on their behalf within certain parameters or they may discuss how to present/frame a specific response to an offer.

However, consider calling the VA’s regional loan center or speaking with a VA-approved lender who can interpret the rules in a more specific scenario tailored for you.

If you need eyes and ears or want an opinion on a specific property, I am always happy to assist. 

Just find the tenant before you select the site/build the building because these companies have very specific requirements and they are not all the same.

The solution I give them is to narrow their focus on a specific market, study it, and get to know what a good deal looks like.

If possible, could you please break down the most specific step by step process you take on your flips?
