Are you referring to the Market Finder tool or the classifieds section where you can post asks and offers for real estate services?

If you live in the property for at least two years before selling, you might qualify for the capital gains tax exemption under Section 121, allowing you to exclude up to $250,000 ($500,000 if married filing jointly) of the gain.

Hi @Arya Chen you may have better luck if you post in the Classifieds section of the forum specific to the areas you're looking in because those forums are location specific!

@Rob Bergeron are these going to be section 8 type inspections or will they be more of just a safety check?

Got my 1st rental under my belt in Section 8.

I completely agree with the other answers that getting someone to help you is a good bet, having someone in your corner who understands the intricacies of the tax code rather than DIYing that should save you more money (and time) than you're paying them ever since I got my first rental I've had a pro doing my taxes but kuddos to you for being able to juggle so much for so long on your own!!
