Anything else I should know when searching for STR opportunities to invest in Pittsburgh?

In the meantime use the search function on BP and type in lifestyles Unlimited  and I think there are some post from the past of similar questions.

I do not wish to waste my time watching videos,searching the internet for how tos and what I should be doing.

Search BP for ADU appraisals to encounter numerous examples.

Some common names you'll see thrown around a lot: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend you search for each of those apps online and see what they offer, how much they charge, etc.

There was a few years were prime CA and West coast paper was trading at 60 to 70% but those days are long gone.The paper business ( the sand box I play in) is huge..

If you're looking to expand your search, I definitely recommend checking out the Columbus OH market as well.

I'll still have to pick a property that will cash flow as well as possible which will dictate some of my buy box parameters.
