I would replace them more then likely they are not tamper resistance outlets anyways.

If you get resistance just tell them the bank will demand it to qualify a loan (which they will) so they may as well get it to you up front.

Yes this generation seem to be much more resistance to the greater effort required to have the American Dream.  

After the first year, she could make repairs as needed.She was resistant at first but i explained that this is what I wanted. 

1) SHORT TERM/FURNISHED RENTALS IN BOTH LOCATIONSThis would be the path of least resistance I suppose but obviously this would pretty much eliminate the opportunity to buy property in Chicago.

Maybe the realtor or the seller are resistant to price drops and therefore they don't even get offers because the price runs everybody off.
