Many syndications will have special days or events for investors to visit the property to see how things are running, see improvements, ask questions, etc.I invested in a syndication last year and have been invited to several events already, plus they give regular updates on improvements and performance.

We have someone come in to try and earn our business at least 3 times a week and a host of phone calls.

I have no properties yet - just working a regular job and doing some freelance work on the side.

Might want to investigate where you think the trash is coming from maybe there is a school nearby and the kids are walking past and just throwing trash down but I would invest in another trash can or just might have to come a little more regularly to pick up the trash so there is no complaints from the neighbors.

But ask around your area or look up properties on AirBnB to see who the hosts are. 

If using co-host to help manage, do you just rotate several so you don't allow them to surpass your 100 hours?

I would look into some local or state-centric FB groups to see if you can find hosts who recommend someone or even a few PMs to interview.
