I had them do that for our 100 yr old house- the cost to rebuild it to original spec would be WAY more than what we paid for it (like 4X) and one insurance agent said they'd rather do that anyway.Any chance you'd live in one of the units?

Our idea of a re-build is to have a house mover put a salvaged house on the site.

I have solid assets that I built and I rebuild the homes like I would live in them.

Make sure you know if you'll be allowed to shore up that wall (if possible) or if you are looking at a teardown or rebuild.
