All that would be better to do with the police there overseeing, giving the situation you have described.Personally, I would give them both a 30-day notice to vacate.

Can DL manage vacation rentals as well as traditional rentals?

There are a large number of properties rented as Airbnb's and vacation rentals. 

I use these on vacation rentals and a few long-term rentals and they've not failed me in 15 years.

If no inventory buy out of County or state...keep in mind buying out of County 50 miles away or out of state opens up the ability to buy a Vacation home only 10% down.
