It could be freedom from a W2, travel, new cars, college for the kids - whatever your dream is, focus on that.

I have Apartments, Mini Storage, Hotel, Sr.

Since I'm still in college, new to property ownership, and unfamiliar with the Atlanta market, I’d appreciate any advice on maximizing my investment wisely.

The land is unbuildable for residences and we build these storage workshops on the properties.  

I am currently 18 and a full time student in college and was wondering if there are any ways to get into real estate investing with no money.

So my insurance broker says he cannot be added.My attorney advises I should maintain the previous insurance plus setup a new one under the LLC in FL who is the beneficiary of the Trust and then to add the Trust as additionally insured.But i would like to avoid double paying for insurance.Will you guys please advise on how to go about doing this?

We have late fees, pet fees (though less these days with the whole service animal abuse), parking fees in some cases, storage unit feeds, coin laundry revenue etc... it can add up.Good luck.

Or was that loan mod on a previous house that you sold at the same time you bought this house?
